Jake Biscay hit a two-out double in the bottom of the sixth inning to plate Josiah Julagay, which proved to be the game-winning run and gave the Pacific Northwest the lead at 10-9.
Thurston County was holding on to a 9-6 lead going into the fifth inning when New England fought back to post three in the frame on the strength of a Dylan Callahan RBI-single to knot the game at 9-9.
The all-stars from Washington had jumped out to an early 4-0 lead after the first inning but New England put six across in the second to take a 6-4 advantage, but the Pacific Northwest came back firing again with five runs in the fourth to move the game to 9-6.
Biscay also earned his second win of the World Series for the Pacific Northwest, pitching five innings in relief, striking out five and giving up three hits and no earned runs.
Cameron Frost and Ande Grantham provided the offensive firepower for Thurston County, each going 3-for-4 with three RBI. Frost also hit a double and a triple.
New England, who lost their third one-run game of the World Series was paced by Jonny Mills, who was 2-for-3 with a three-run triple. Dylan Callahan, Ricky Okazaki, and Christian Berger each had two hits apiece for New England.
