8/14/08 ........ Teams Roll Into Jamestown. Click here for photos of Arrival Day. Every World Series participant made their way the to Jamestown Community College for Arrival Day activities. There was food provided by the Eastside Fellowship Club, orientations by the Host Committee and National Task Force and the players were united with their host families.
8/13/08........The official 2008 13-Year-Old BRWS souvenirs are now on sale. Click here for photos of the souvenirs and a price list and times and locations of the Souvenir Store. The only way to buy this merchandise is in person, so get down to the World Series!
8/7/08 ........ World Series Field Set - All of the Babe Ruth Regional Champions have been crowned and are set to head to Jamestown for the 13-Year-Old Babe Ruth World Series. Click here for a list of participating teams. The World Series will begin on August 16.
8/1/08 ........ WJTN 1240 AM will broadcast the play-by-play of 10 World Series games both on the radio and over the internet via live streaming audio. 7/26/08 ........ The 25th annual Babe Ruth World Series of Cars will be held in Bergman Park on Sunday July, 27th 2008 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about the World Series of Cars please click here.
7/26/08 ........ Click here to register for the 2008 13-year-old Babe Ruth World Series parade. The parade will be held in Jamestown on Aug. 16 at 9 a.m. The parade will precede the opening ceremonies and first day of games.

2/24/08 ........ The 2008 13-Year-Old Babe Ruth World Series ticket information is now available on the tickets page under the 2008 13-Year-Old World Series page. Tickets for all 25 games will be availble with a range of $5 for individual tickets to $35 for a Family Pass. There will be 25 games from August 16-23 2008. A tremendous information has been added to this website including the history of Babe Ruth Baseball and local Jamestown area information. There is now also an extensive page devoted to the history of Jamestown hosted Babe Ruth World Series. This section includes All-Tournament teams, All-Defensive teams, lists of participating teams, Most Outstanding Players, Batting Champions from each of the 13 series and Babe Ruth World Series records that were set in Jamestown. As the 2008 World Series approaches more information will be added regarding this tournament.
